Welcome to ijamon.com, the official website and online shop of The Asia's First Jamon Museo and Tasting Point, where we offer the "Best of the Best" selections of Spanish gourmet food. You are invited to read through the “Terms of Use” before you go ahead with the online shopping with ijamon.com. By reading through the “Terms of Use”, you agree to be bound and to abide by terms contained therein.

The online shop of ijamon.com is designed for retail customers only. Prices listed on our website are correct at time of publishing but we reserve the right to vary them up or down due to changes in market environment or any other circumstances which may be beyond our control. Regarding bulk orders, customers should contact or email to ecommerce@anba.biz for discussion and more details. If it happens that the online payment is successful but it is not possible to arrange delivery to your designated country or city, we shall refund via online to the customer. The upper limit of single purchase on this website is HK$32,800 or up to 10 kgs per transaction. For any single purchase over the upper limit, please call our customer service hotline or split the purchase into two orders.

Ijamon.com shall make every effort to ensure that products displayed on the website are in stock. If from time to time products become out of stock, ijamon.com would deliver alternative product(s) to the customer of similar value and style with customer’s approval. Although ijamon.com uses reasonable efforts to have the colors of the images of its food products displayed as accurately as possible on the site, we do not warrant that the color will be accurately displayed by your monitor.

It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.

Receipt of Goods
The delivery of products will follow the principal of delivering to the “specified delivery address” stated by customer. Recipients are not necessary to be the customer himself/herself. Customers should ensure that someone should be ready at the address. Our logistics partner would in any case contact customers for arranging delivery beforehand. Customers must be aware that any incorrect statement of delivery address or no receiver at delivery address for receipt of products would create additional administration and delivery cost. In that case, customers would be requested to pay for additional delivery cost before the second delivery can be arranged. Customers are requested to complete the formalities by signing on delivery note as acknowledgement of receipt. No return or exchange of goods is allowed after receipt of goods.

Ijamon.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.

Privacy
The Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal data you provide to us. 
In the course of the member registration process, we require that you supply a unique user ID and password, your name, e-mail address, mobile number, billing and delivery address and other information, such as country, age, sex, source of learning our website. On occasion, we may also collect additional personal data from you in connection with optional contests, surveys, or special offers via eDM and Iphone/Android Apps.
